Richard Harris is a religious freedom lawyer, ordained minister, and public speaker passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ and calling believers to stand for truth in our nation. He is the founder of Richard Harris Ministries, a Bible-teaching ministry dedicated to teaching the Gospel of Grace and the issues of our day through a Biblical lens. With unique, powerful, and in-depth teaching, Richard leads believers into a real-life experience of God’s power, identity, and love. Richard is also Executive Director of the Truth & Liberty Coalition, based in Woodland Park, Colorado, founded by world-renowned Bible teacher Andrew Wommack. Under Richard’s leadership, Truth & Liberty has become an influential voice in our nation, calling the Body of Christ to stand for truth in the seven mountains of cultural influence. He hosts the Truth & Liberty Show and spearheads the Coalition’s work to educate, unify, and mobilize Christians through media, grassroots activism, inspirational conferences, and strategic collaboration.
A licensed attorney, Richard has represented clients at all levels of state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Richard also served as the General Counsel for Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. He is the author of The Calling to Manhood (2024), Faith for America (2025), Vision for America (2026) and the Law of Adoption (2026), and producer and narrator of the nationally broadcast documentary Hope for the Future (2024).
